About BinaryLogic
BinaryLogic has been delivering IT services since 2016. Our co-founders, Roger and Marty, realized they shared the same business values — trust, honesty, and hard work. They believe that business transactions revolve around relationships and set out to build a company that puts clients and employees first by earning their confidence.
There are probably few, if any, organizations that don’t aspire to have a happy team. BinaryLogic’s philosophy was created to nurture positive employee and leader relationships. When a member of our team ‘wows’ one of our clients with a particular interaction or does something unexpected, we express appreciation and recognition as loudly as possible to help foster a positive workplace. Our aim has always been to recognize and celebrate our staff when they do things right and tell them they’re doing a good job, which motivates them to continue serving our clients with a high level of service.
We encourage our team members to take breaks throughout the day, even when it’s busy. Taking a few minutes away from pressing work allows our teammates to rest, refresh, and refocus. We enjoy having lunches together to learn more about one another, and we find this prevents burnout and often leads to a more productive afternoon. We also encourage our staff to maintain a work-life balance. For our team, we acknowledge every week is different and can change on a dime. Allowing our employees to plan based on upcoming schedules and appointments and to get the work done when and where they want results in more productivity and happier teammates. Our employees can choose to work in the office or at home and are set up with both options.
Team bonding is a big part of our culture, and we have created in-house opportunities for our employees to strengthen relationships with their coworkers. Weekly get-togethers are commonplace in our company, and we talk about everything except work. This has helped our team develop more positive workplace relationships and, more importantly, strengthen employee trust.

BinaryLogic respectfully acknowledges that we are located on Treaty 6 territory, a traditional gathering place for diverse Indigenous peoples including the Cree, Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, Ojibway/ Saulteaux/Anishinaabe, Inuit, and many others whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to influence our vibrant community.
We acknowledge all the First Nation, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for generations. We are grateful for the traditional Knowledge Keepers and Elders who are still with us today and those who have gone before us. We recognize the land as an act of reconciliation and gratitude to those whose territory we reside on or are visiting.
All of us who live and work here benefit from the signing of this Treaty and have a responsibility to ensure that the spirit of Treaty 6 is honoured and respected.
